  2. Enable Camera Upload: Open the OneDrive app, tap the Photos icon at the bottom, and then tap Turn On at the top of the screen to enable Camera Upload. This will automatically copy any photos stored on your phone to the OneDrive Pictures folder.
  3. Sync with Windows Photos App:
    • Windows 10 (Photos Legacy): Click the ellipsis icon in the upper right of the Photos app, select Settings, turn on Show my cloud-only content from OneDrive, and choose the Pictures folder to view synced photos.
    • Windows 11: Click the gear icon, scroll down to the OneDrive Accounts section in Settings, and enable syncing for your OneDrive account. You can then access your synced photos in the app’s left sidebar.

Option 2: Using iCloud (for Windows)

  1. Install Apple iCloud for Windows: Download and install iCloud for Windows on your laptop.
  2. Sign In: Open iCloud for Windows, sign in with your Apple ID, and select Photos.
  3. Enable iCloud Photos: Check the box next to iCloud Photos, and click Apply. Your iPhone photos will now sync with your Windows Photos app.

Option 3: Direct USB Connection (for Windows)

  1. Connect Your iPhone: Use a USB cable to connect your iPhone to your laptop.
  2. Unlock Your Phone: Make sure your phone is unlocked; otherwise, your PC won’t detect it.
  3. Open Photos App: On your laptop, select the Start button, then choose Photos to open the Photos app.
  4. Import Photos: Click Import > From a USB device, follow the instructions, and select the items you want to import.
